vestra photography delivery policy
items are dispatched typically within 3-4 days after an order is made, preparation
of prints generally takes 1-2 days, if you order a framed item this will take longer.
please note if you pay by cheque your order will not be dispatched until the cheque
has been cleared.
UK customers generally take 4-5 working days
Irish customers take generally 5-6 working days.
at present we only deliver prints and not framed items to anyone outside the UK and Ireland.
european deliveries take 5 to 6 working days and all others are 8 to 10 working days. however please be aware that it can take longer.
delivery costs
delivery costs will be calculated when the destination country is entered during the purchasing
process prior to actual payment. shipping may be more economical when multiple items are purchased.
(special offers on delivery costs may be available from time to time).
returns policy
with custom made goods we reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds and the deduction
of a handling charge will be made at our discretion, in line with the EU Distance Selling Directive.
We try to be as flexible as we can and if you let us know within 24hours that you wish to cancel,
we will try to accommodate you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
damaged goods
goods should be inspected by the customer for damage/faults within a reasonable time period from receipt.
if your items are damaged on arrival, please inform us immediately, we will arrange for the
item to be picked up and will dispatch a replacement or provide you with a full refund if
that should be your preferred action. please keep all the original packaging.
if you notice that your package has visible external damage, please refuse acceptance of
delivery due to damage and contact vestra photography immediately.
taxes
we are not currently VAT registered and so do not charge any extra taxes on our prices at present.
in certain countries, customs clearances and/or other taxes may be required; it is the customer’s
sole responsibility to pay any local taxes or duties.
